Our Policies
Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online via the booking system. Please ensure you book the correct treatment and allow enough time for your appointment. If you are unsure which treatment to book, please contact me first.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: the full treatment cost will be charged. Running late? If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a 50% treatment fee may apply.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer treatments and aesthetic injectable appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Packages Policy
All treatment packages must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, but appointments within the package can be rescheduled in line with our standard cancellation policy.
Age Policy
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment. Children under 10 are not permitted in the treatment room, to ensure safety and a relaxing environment for both clients and therapists.
